Flying into the future is the new test bed for Mercedes-Benz and their latest technological developments. The gull-winged F 125! is a demonstration of ‘fascination and responsibility’. At the heart of the beast is a hydrogen fuel cell system that provides energy for the electric motors on each of the four wheels. This is also a hybrid system with a 10 kWh lithium-sulphur battery behind the rear seats. Comfort isn’t disregarded on the car, as it becomes the first electric car to feature an air suspension system. The adjustable ride height not only conforms with the road condition but also helps in the aerodynamic characteristics of the car. The future is fast approaching and Mercedes-Benz welcomes it with open wings and arms.
