Four icons have come together for the development of this one-of-one car. You may have already known that the fastest ever aircraft that flew under its own power was the SR-71 Blackbird. And you know that the Ford Mustang is the quintessential muscle car. Combine the names of Jack Roush and Carroll Shelby and you’ve got the Ford Mustang SR-71 Blackbird. Based on the 2011 model of the Mustang, this model sports a black and gray design reminiscent of the famed aircraft. It will be powered by a 5.0L 32-valve, supercharged V8 engine for a really fast getaway. The benefits of the sale of this car will go to the EAA AirVenture to support the Young Eagles program.
