The Cadillac XTS Platinum is slated to go into production in early 2012. It was first previewed at the 2010 Detroit Auto Show and is destined to be the replacement for the STS and DTS lines of Cadillac. XTS is a concept car that uses the existing 3.6 liter V-6 direct injection engine plus a hybrid system delivering 350 horsepower and 295 pound feet torque.
